Summer Mobile Surgery Tour

We are currently planning our tour of smaller communities with my mobile office. Subject to finalisation we expect these to take place in the week commencing 23rd July 2018.

Meeting Your Parliamentarian

To provide the best possible service to constituents and minimise waiting at my regular surgeries or to arrange an ad hoc meeting, I ask that appointments are made by telephoning Peterhead (01779) 470444 during normal office hours. This enables my staff and I to bring to the meeting relevant files or preliminary information that may be of assistance to you, my constituent.

It is always of considerable assistance if constituents can bring with them paperwork or letters they hold which may be relevant to their query. Many matters can be dealt with quickly on the telephone by my staff who will take details and discuss appropriate action with me between scheduled surgeries. Where circumstances make it impossible to attend a surgery, it may be possible to arrange to visit the constituent at their home.

Note that all personal information held by me and accessed solely by my staff, and which relates to a constituent's casework, is confidential. It will not be released by me without my constituent's permission to anyone other than the constituent or their legal representative, except by legal process. Under the name Stewart Stevenson I am a data user registered at the Information Commissioner's Office, registration no. Z1175147.
